Course Description:
Specialized Labor Education is an important practical component of the undergraduate Business Administration program. It is designed to help students build a proper understanding of labor, deepen their comprehension of its value, and acquire essential professional skills through activities such as company visits, field observations, and collective labor. The course emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, while also fostering students’ professional conduct, teamwork, and innovative thinking. It lays a strong foundation for future career development. Course content includes enterprise visits, experience sharing by workers, productive labor, and service-oriented labor, allowing students to learn and grow through practical experience.

Teaching Methods:
The course adopts an off-campus enterprise internship model, including:
Concentrated or flexible internships: Students may participate individually or in groups in enterprise visits, internships, or observation activities.
On-site instruction: Instructors provide internship orientation and conduct follow-up visits for supervision and support.
Enterprise interaction: Industry mentors are invited to deliver in-class lectures on labor values and exemplary work ethics, or students complete related MOOC tasks.
Practical activities: Students engage in everyday, productive, and service-related labor tasks to gain diverse labor experience and strengthen operational competence.
Assessment Methods:
Final grades consist of two parts:
Internship Report (70%): Evaluated based on the quality of submitted reports or thematic presentations, with emphasis on students’ understanding and reflection on their experiences.
Internship Performance (30%): Assessed based on attendance, engagement, and teamwork throughout the internship, providing a comprehensive evaluation of students’ practical ability and professional conduct.
