Course Description:
Human Resource Management Simulated Practice is a key practical course for undergraduate students in Business Administration. It utilizes the “Jingchuang Human Resource Management Simulation System” to provide a virtual environment where students can apply HR theories in realistic scenarios. The course covers practical operations and decision-making in areas such as human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, labor relations, performance evaluation, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Students work in teams to simulate the operation of a company and manage various HR functions, with performance evaluated through system scoring and market rankings. This course enhances students’ ability to apply theory to practice while strengthening teamwork and operational competence.
Learning Outcomes:
Master core concepts and methods in HRM, including planning, job analysis, recruitment, labor relations, performance evaluation, training and development, and compensation systems;
Understand how to use data analytics to support decision-making in organizational management.

Teaching Methods:
The course adopts a blended online and offline teaching model, including:
Online learning: Students are introduced to the simulation system and operational rules through the “Jingchuang HRM Simulation Platform,” covering various HR functions and decision areas.
Offline practice: In a lab or classroom setting, students operate simulated companies in groups, conduct HR activities, and evaluate results through system feedback and team discussions.
Case analysis and discussion: Real-world HR cases are analyzed and discussed to enhance application of theoretical knowledge.
Team collaboration: Students work in groups of four to complete tasks, developing communication skills and team spirit.
Assessment Methods:
Final grades consist of continuous assessment (50%) and final performance (50%):
Continuous assessment (50%): Based on attendance, learning attitude, class participation, online platform performance, and assignment completion, with a focus on the learning process and student engagement.
Final performance (50%): Based on group simulation results and submission of a final experiment report.
