Course Description:
Case Study of Enterprise Digital Transformation is an elective course designed for undergraduate students in the Business Administration program. Through case-based teaching, the course helps students gain an in-depth understanding of the theories and practices of enterprise digital transformation. Case analysis report (30%): Requires students to select and analyze a specific case, demonstrating their understanding and ability to propose viable solutions.
Project proposal (30%): Students submit a forward-looking and innovative digital transformation project plan.
