Course Description:

Advanced Management is an elective course designed for senior undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration. The course aims to deepen students’ understanding of fundamental management theories while incorporating the latest developments in modern management. It enhances students’ analytical and decision-making capabilities in complex business environments. By examining management models, organizational behavior, and strategic development, students will build a comprehensive and practical management mindset and strengthen their ability to address real-world managerial challenges.

 

Learning Outcomes:

Upon completing this course, students will be able to:

Master core theories and frontier developments in modern management: Understand and apply key concepts in strategic management, organizational behavior, leadership, innovation management, and financial management;

Improve analytical and decision-making skills in dynamic business environments: Learn how to use strategic tools to analyze internal and external environments and make sound management decisions;

Assessment Methods:

Final grades are composed of two components:

Course Project Report (70%): Students are required to conduct an in-depth analysis of a specific management topic, integrating classroom theories, external readings, and case studies to present original insights and solutions;

Process-based Learning Evaluation (30%): Based on classroom participation, independent reading, and interim assignments, this component reflects students’ engagement and progress throughout the course.
