Course Description:

Topics on Further Studies in Business Administration is an elective course designed for Business Administration students to help them develop a clear and informed perspective on postgraduate education and future career planning. Through structured lectures, current trend analysis, and experience sharing, the course offers students a comprehensive understanding of postgraduate pathways and professional development in the field of business, preparing them to set and pursue personal development goals with greater clarity and confidence.

Upon completing this course, students will be able to:

Understand the postgraduate education landscape both domestically and internationally, including degree classifications, postgraduate entrance exam procedures in China, and overseas study trends;

Develop personalized postgraduate or career development plans by identifying their strengths and clarifying future directions;

Final assessment (40%): Students are required to submit a personal development plan, which will be evaluated based on its structure, clarity, and feasibility.
