Course Description:
E-Commerce Project Management is designed to cultivate professionals equipped with project management competencies in the field of e-commerce. Through this course, students will not only master fundamental project management theories and practical skills, but also develop a deep understanding of green and sustainable development principles, and learn how to integrate them into real-world project management practices.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
Master foundational knowledge of project management: including the five process groups, ten knowledge areas, and 49 process elements;
Apply modern tools and techniques to solve practical problems in e-commerce project management;
Understand and implement sustainable development principles, with an enhanced awareness of environmental and social responsibility;
Strengthen teamwork and communication skills, effectively taking on diverse roles in interdisciplinary settings;
Develop strong professional ethics and a sense of social responsibility, forming sound values and professional conduct.
Teaching Methods:
The course combines theoretical instruction with hands-on lab practice, emphasizing student engagement and practical ability. Specific methods include:
Lectures: Introduction to basic concepts, life cycles, methodologies, and their application in e-commerce projects;
Case analysis: Discussion of real-world scenarios to support the application of learned theories;
Software-based practice: Hands-on use of tools such as Microsoft Project to build practical project management skills;

Assessment Methods:
Final grades consist of two parts:
Class performance (50%): Includes online learning performance (video viewing, assignments, quizzes), in-class participation, and attendance;
Final exam (50%): A comprehensive evaluation through multiple formats such as multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, calculation problems, and case analyses to assess students' overall competencies.
