Final Grade = 70% Course Report + 30% Process-Based Performance

Course Report: Should include reflections on understanding the Business Administration major, takeaways from alumni lectures, and a personal career development plan designed around the major.

Process-Based Performance: Primarily based on ideological and political performance evaluations, including learning attitude, classroom engagement, participation, attendance, and interaction.
