Selected as one of the first Outstanding Young Talents in the Zhejiang Provincial Leading Talent Program for Higher Education Institutions and as a Yongjiang Young Talent in Social Sciences. Visiting scholar at Clarkson University (USA).

Research Interests: Supply Chain Management, Business Model Innovation, Digital Transformation of Enterprises.

Has presided over 3 provincial/ministerial-level projects (including 1 key project), 5 municipal-level and horizontal projects, and participated in nearly 10 national and provincial-level projects.

Published 15 papers in domestic and international journals including SSCI/SCI/CSSCI as first author or corresponding author. Authored 1 monograph.

Currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Innovation Thinking Training, Business Model Innovation, Management, and Academic Norms and Thesis Writing.

Supervised undergraduate students in obtaining funding for 1 Xinmiao Program project and 1 Provincial-level National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program project
