Has published over 20 academic papers and authored one monograph. Presided over 11 research projects, including the Zhejiang Provincial Social Science Planning Project. His research outcomes have been adopted by party and government departments such as the Provincial Publicity Department and the Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences, and have received instructions from provincial leaders.

Teaches Zhejiang Provincial First-Class Courses Entrepreneurship Management and Practice and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management, and leads Zhejiang Province’s “14th Five-Year Plan” Teaching Reform Project as well as one of the first Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education Projects.

Selected for the first cohort of the Zhejiang Provincial Leading Talent Training Program for Higher Education Institutions, recognized as a Tier-3 Leading and Outstanding Talent in Ningbo, awarded the titles of Excellent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor of Zhejiang Province and Outstanding Ideological and Political Course Instructor of Ningbo.
