Published over 20 academic papers and authored one monograph. Presided over and completed more than 10 research projects at or above the municipal/departmental level. Received the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing. Related research outcomes have been adopted and applied by four universities. Presided over the construction of the provincial first-class postgraduate course Entrepreneurial Competency and Practice.

Guided students to undertake three Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Projects and six College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects. Supervised undergraduate students to win one Special Prize in the East China Region, one First Prize and one Third Prize at the national level, and one First Prize, two Second Prizes, and four Third Prizes at the provincial level in various academic competitions. Guided graduate students to win one First Prize, two Second Prizes, and one Third Prize in the National Green Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics Design Competition, and one Silver Award in the Ningbo College Student Academic and Cultural Festival.

Main courses taught include Customer Relationship Management and Innovation Project Design.

Recipient of honors such as “Excellent Counselor” of Zhejiang Province, “Outstanding Head Teacher” of Ningbo, and “Outstanding Instructor” of the Ningbo Graduate Academic and Cultural Festival.
