Research interests: organizational behavior, managerial communication, team communication. Presided over two research projects funded by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education. Lead instructor of the provincial first-class course Managerial Communication, teaches Managerial Communication and Leadership and Communication. Guided four national and provincial College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program projects. Repeatedly honored as “Outstanding Teacher” of the School of Logistics and E-commerce. Won Second Prize in the university’s first Teaching Innovation Competition; recognized as Excellent Teacher in university-level teaching demonstrations. Visiting scholar at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (SUNY Plattsburgh), USA.
