Ph.D. in Management, Associate Professor, selected for the third tier of the Ningbo Leading and Outstanding Talent Training Program, and Master’s Supervisor. Focused on research in enterprise digitalization and strategic management theory. Researcher at the Zhejiang Provincial Key Research Base for Philosophy and Social Sciences (Zhejiang Port-related Modern Service and Creative Culture Research Center), Zhejiang First-Class Discipline (Management Science and Engineering), and Ningbo Municipal Research Base for Philosophy and Social Sciences (Ningbo (246) Industry Innovation Research Base). Think tank expert for Ningbo Association of Professional Managers and Ningbo Yongshang Research Institute. Has long provided management consulting and training services to enterprises.
