Ph.D. Candidate, selected as one of the first Hebei Province “Jiqing Talents” and “Gangcheng Talents” of Qinhuangdao City

Research interests: Enterprise intelligent and digital strategy, virtual marketing, sustainable development. Has presided over 5 provincial and ministerial-level projects and participated in nearly 10 national and provincial-level projects. As first author, has published over 10 papers in domestic and international journals indexed by SSCI/SCI/CSSCI, and serves as anonymous reviewer for several SSCI journals.

Teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Managerial Communication, Communication Skills and Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Managerial Statistics, and Advanced Engineering Statistics. Repeatedly recognized as an Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Advisor. Guided undergraduate students to win the Third Prize in the national finals of the 10th “Eastmoney Cup” National College Student Financial Challenge.
