Main research areas include logistics and supply chain management, digital management, and innovation. Selected as a Zhijiang Young Scholar in Social Sciences of Zhejiang Province, a Leading Young and Middle-aged Discipline Expert of Zhejiang Province, and a Tier-1 Leading and Outstanding Talent in Ningbo. Serves as a member of the 15th and 16th Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Director of the Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Zhejiang Province – Research Center for Port-related Modern Service Industry and Creative Culture. Head of the First-Class Discipline in Management Science and Engineering in Zhejiang Province, and leader of the A-Class Key Discipline of Management Science and Engineering in Ningbo. Executive head of one of the first batch of key supported Modern Industrial Colleges in Zhejiang Province, and head of the Five-One Batch Modern Industrial College in Ningbo. In recent years, has led over 20 research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Foundation. Received more than ten provincial and municipal research achievement awards, including the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and the Third Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Published over 80 academic papers and authored four monographs. Honored with titles such as Advanced Individual in the “Three Aspects of Education” in Zhejiang Province, Excellent Member of the Chinese Peasants’ and Workers’ Democratic Party in Zhejiang, and Outstanding Teacher of Ningbo.
