Received a Ph.D. in Management in 2022 from the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University, Japan. Teaches courses including Management, Customer Relationship Management in Cross-border E-commerce, and Case Studies in Cross-border E-commerce. Research interests include omnichannel retailing, customer relationship management, and consumer behavior. As first author, published two SSCI journal papers in Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics. Authored one monograph published by Springer. Serves as anonymous reviewer for several SSCI journals.
