Research and Teaching Focus:

Specializes in the teaching and research of innovative supply chain models. Has led national-level Soft Science projects and participated in National Natural Science Foundation and Social Science Planning programs, with more than ten provincial and ministerial-level projects. Published over 30 academic papers and authored or co-authored seven books and textbooks, including Logistics Theory and Practice and Port Logistics Management.

Program Development and Teaching Innovation:

Led the development of the national-level “Characteristic Major in Logistics Management” and the national-level “First-Class Undergraduate Program in Logistics Management.”

Oversaw the development of “Property Management” as a featured major under Zhejiang Province’s 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans.

Directed provincial textbook and first-class course development initiatives.

Student Mentoring and Awards:

Guided students to win awards such as Second Prize in the China College Students’ Service Outsourcing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Gold Award in the National College Students’ Cultural and Creative Design Competition, Grand Gold Award in the National College Students’ Management Challenge, and Third Prize in the National Business Intelligence Decision-making Innovation Competition.

Also led students to earn First, Second, and Third Prizes (20+ awards in total) in provincial competitions like the Zhejiang College Students’ Rural Revitalization Innovation Competition, E-commerce Competition, and “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Frequently invited to serve as a judge for national supply chain management skill competitions hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and for provincial competitions such as the Hunan University Student Logistics Design Contest.
