Ph.D. in Transportation Planning and Management from Harbin Institute of Technology; Postdoctoral Fellow in Urban and Rural Planning. Recognized as a Top Talent in Ningbo and selected for the Third Tier of Ningbo’s Leading and Outstanding Talent Program.

 Long engaged in research on port and shipping logistics, logistics digitalization, and emergency management. Published 10 papers in high-level journals including SCI/EI, authorized 4 invention patents, and obtained 4 software copyrights. Currently presiding over 5 ongoing vertical/horizontal research projects; participated as a core member in multiple projects under the National Key R&D Program, National Natural Science Foundation, and provincial/municipal-level research programs.

 Currently responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses such as Logistics Information Management and Technology and Smart Logistics.
