Research Interests: Legal systems for marine ecological and environmental governance; policy support for ecological and environmental governance in port logistics.
Graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Ph.D. in Maritime Law.
Has hosted one Youth Fund Project under the Ministry of Education for Humanities and Social Sciences, participated in one major project under the National Social Science Fund, and one provincial/ministerial-level project. Published three papers in CSSCI Extended and Peking University Core Journals.
